Nice Lionel #54 Ballast Tamper/Nice OB

This is the #54 Ballast Tamper that Lionel made in the later 1950s and into the 1960s. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent Condition. It does not show any wheel marks from being used but there is some oxidation on the metal rails. No Envelope or Track Clips. The Original Box is in (8/8-) Condition, some watermarks. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $15.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
