Scarce Lionel #6464-500 Type III Timken Box Car/Brick 56+ OB

This is the #6464-500 Timken Box Car that Lionel made in the later 1950s. Scarce Type III body-mold (Unpainted Yellow); Most Timken examples are either Type IIB or Type IV. The Type III body-mold was introduced in late-1958, and Timken was the only Post-War 6464-series boxcar that Lionel made that was not named after a real Railroad. In our Opinion it is generally in Mint Condition; minor signs of use. The Original Late Classic 56+ Box is in (9-) Condition, square and complete but has a one-inch tear on one lip.
