Rare/Odd Lionel 200-series Unstamped Scout-Type Engine with #1061T Tender

This Item has been sold. This sale has been certified as Final by the Attorney.

This is the #200-series Scout Engine that Lionel made circa 1964. This is an odd Factory Error in that it is unstamped without any model number on either side. This particular engine is a Type X body-mold that dates to 1964; if numbered, it could be either a #237, #238, the rare #240 or #242. Nothing broken or repaired. The engine is paired in this instance with a typical production #1061T slope-back tender. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent Plus to Like New Minus Condition. No Boxes. All Original in Our Opinion. Please add $15.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
