Mint Lionel #145 Automatic Gateman w/Rare Blue Retail Price Insert

Here is the 1966 Edition of the long-running Lionel #145 Automatic Gateman. This particular accessory is in Mint Condition, no signs of use, minor signs of age (but no Envelope). The Gateman was packaged in a fragile Cellophane Box that is in (9-) Condition, some wear to the top lid. Included with the Gateman are the often lost cardboard inserts, and most importantly, the very scarce multi-colored, Blue cardstock insert describing the operation of the Gateman plus the suggested-retail price of $8.00. Also includes Warranty card. All Original in Our Opinion. Please add $10.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
