This is the #6827 Flat Car with P&H Power Shovel that Lionel made around 1960. Our Opinion is that it is generlaly in Like New Condition. The Original 59-Type Box is in (8+) Condition with the main seam needing to be reglued. A Nice Inner Book and Booklet. All Original in our Opinion.
