Mint Lionel #2420 Work Caboose/Rubber-Stamped Frame/Brick OB+

This is the #2420 Work Caboose that Lionel made around 1946. This example is the very scarce variation with rubber-stamped (rather than heat-stamped) Sans Serif lettering on the Frame. Our Opinion is that it is genrally in Mint Condition, no signs of use, very minor signs of age. The Original SF-1 Art Deco Box is in (9) Condition and includes a crisp Insert. A seldom seen piece in this condition with a difficult box. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $12.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
