This is the #2663T Magic Electrol Switcher Outfit that Lionel made in O Gauge in the early 1940s. One of the rarest Pre-War Master Cartons, the 2663T outfit is comprised of the #1663 Diecast 0-4-0 Steam Switcher, the #2201T Metal Tender and the #168 Magic Electrol "Train 1/Train 2" Control Button. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent Plus Condition, minor signs of use and age. The Original Master Carton is in (8-) Condition, missing an interior flap. Most of the Brown that you see over the label is Lionel masking tape; most will probably come off with some careful work. The Engine Box is in (8-) Condition, nice but one end flap is incomplete and it is missing both interior flaps on that end. The Tender Box is also in (8-) Condition but is missing the flaps on one end. With Inserts. The #168 Box is missing a tuck-in flap; also includes the Instruction Sheet. A Very Rare Find. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $25.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance. |
