This is the #243W Whistle Tender that Lionel made around 1959/60. Originally paired with a 243 Scout-Engine. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Like New Condition, minor signs of use. The Original 1959-type Perforated Box is in (8+/9-) Condition; a very difficult box to find complete and unrepaired. Please add $12.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance. All Original in our Opinion.
