Rare Lionel #2379 D&RG Orange Mold F-3 AB Diesels/Brick OBs+

These are the #2379 Denver & Rio Grande F-3 AB Diesels with Dual Motors, Magnetraction and Horn that Lionel made in 1957. This is the Rare and Collectible Variation with the "A" Unit on a 1955 production Orange Mold with Raised Ladders; these variations are visably shown in our pictures. Often overlooked, seldom seen in the marketplace, a very difficult item. Our Opinion is that the "A" Unit is in Excellent Condition while the "B" Unit is in Like New Minus Condition. The Original Boxes are in (9-/8+) Condition, a stain on the rear of the B-Unit Box; includes nice Insert for the B-Unit. Also includes Instruction Sheet. All Original in our Opinion.
