Rare Lionel #221 Gray Streamline Steam Engine with Aluminum Wheels/#221W Tender/Nice OBs

These are the #221 Diecast Gray Steam Engine and the #221W Whistle Tender that Lionel made around 1946. This is the VERY RARE variation with Cast Aluminium Drive Wheels, pilot trucks and trailing trucks. We know of less than ten examples of this variation. Our Opinion is that they are generally in Excellent Plus Condition. The Original SF-1 Boxes are in (8/8-) Condition, missing no interior flaps but has some scotch-tape repairs. No Inserts. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $25.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
