This is the #3459 Black Operating Dump Car that Lionel made in the later 1940s. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent Plus Condition, very clean. The Original SF-1 American Toy Logo Box is in (8+) Condition and includes the Insert, Instruction Sheet and the Bin. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $10.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
