This is the #54 Motorized Ballast Tamper Unit that Lionel made in the 1960s. Includes the Track Clips and the Instruction Sheet but no Envelope. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Mint Condition, no signs of use. The Original Box is in (9) Condition. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $15.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
