Very Scarce Lionel #6250 Seaboard Switcher/Closely Spaced RS Lettering

This is the #6250 Seaboard Switcher with Magnetraction that Lionel made around 1954. This collectible example is the Very Scarce, earliest production, Closely-Spaced rubber-stamped variation. Because of raised areas on the sides of the cab, the rubber-stamp did not completely "strike" flat surfaces, and prematurely deteriorated; decoration was soon replaced with the most-common Seaboard decal. VERY HARD piece to find. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent Plus Condition. No Box. All Original in Our Opinion. Please Add $20.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
